This accreditation is obtained by passing demanding tests, case studies, and proving oneself in different HubSpot services such as marketing automation, CRM installation, integrations, and more.

At Straight Growth, it wasn't a piece of cake to get accredited with HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation, but every effort was worth it. We first tried the accreditation but fell short. The Process of Becoming HubSpot Onboarding Accredited

Getting HubSpot Onboarding certified is not simply a matter of passing an exam; it's proving our capacity to onboard clients with HubSpot's tool set effectively. This is how we achieved it:

  1. Compile a committed in-house team of three to five full-time workers (not including freelancers or contractors) to meet certification requirements.
  2. Guarantee that at least three members of the team hold certification in each prerequisite certificate in the Essential Certification Pack.
  3. Verify that at least two members of the team are certified in each prerequisite for the areas to be accredited.
  4. Attain Platinum-level or higher status as a HubSpot Solutions Partner and remain in good standing with HubSpot.

For the HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation, HubSpot experts must also:

Ensure there are at least two HubSpot Architecture-certified users.

Deliver at least two end-to-end onboarding projects within the past 12 months, delivering training and overall knowledge of the HubSpot platform.

Show mastery in onboarding and deployment of default HubSpot objects with supplementary context data aside from depending entirely on HubSpot-native import utilities.

Show knowledge of major CRMs, marketing automation tools, or helpdesk software other than HubSpot, such that we can provide tailored onboarding to our customers.

Process mapping, establishing a process for marketing and sales customization based on the customer's needs.

 

Who are the major stakeholders involved in the accreditation 


The key stakeholders in our HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation were prominent figures from HubSpot's management and implementation teams, who contributed significant experience and advice. Leena and Nikhil, our department managers for HubSpot, were instrumental, worked on a set of video case studies, collected information to use for practical exercises, and produced the documentation required for onboarding. Our team members also worked in association with them to make the HubSpot courses and certifications completed on time, thus making the whole process smooth.

The reason we had individuals from departments at HubSpot to make sure the process was both exhaustive and in line with HubSpot's best practices. Their input enabled us to manage any challenges in an efficient manner and finish the HubSpot courses and certifications within schedule, and thus guarantee our success in the accrediting process through this team's effort.
